In 2007 BEE Inc, a Florida based company, was established as a new firm that specializes in Site Planning & Design as well as General Construction. BEE Inc thereafter expanded its range of services to provide all your needs under one roof.
We offer client comprehensive end-to-end solutions which alleviate project delays and increase project efficiency.
Extensive Industry Experience
Our team of experts, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, General Contractors, Certified Plumbers and LEED Accredited Professional are experienced in areas of design and construction. Our staff consists of a Licensed Professional Engineer (FL PE 66385), a Certified General Contractor (FL CGC 1506866), a Certified Plumber (CFC 1427791) and a LEED AP. Engineers and scientists in our engineering division provide services in Site Development, Landscape Design, Storm Water Management, Lift Station Design, Septic Design, Hydrology, Water quality, and Utilities Design. In addition to it expansion into Interior Design and Fit Outs.
The staff of our construction division includes experienced engineers, contractors, and field crews that provide design and construction services for Site Development and installation of underground pipelines & utilities as well as complete fit out projects. BEE Inc provides full design and construction of Healthcare projects in accordance to the international regulations, especially JCI (Joint Commission International). Our managers and field crews also provide operations & maintenance services for pump stations. We strive to create responsible solutions for environmental and infrastructure development.

Ayman El-Jabali

Chief Executive Officer/Chairman
Ayman has over 22 years of experience leading hospitals and medical facilities with 1,000 employees in numerous countries. As a certified Professional Engineer, Certified General Contractor, Certified Plumbing Contractor and LEED-AP, he has a diverse and unique skill set, enabling him to run operations, develop businesses and handle all phases and management of engineering projects. He has a dual degree from the University of South Florida along with international experience.
Joe Kolenovic
Chief Operating Officer
Joe has over 25 years of experience leading various engineering and construction companies and teams. His extensive construction experience enables him to run operations, develop businesses and handle all phases and management of projects.
Yaser Nassim
Chief Financial Officer
Yaser Nassim obtained his CPA license from the state of Florida in 2007 and holds both a bachelor and a masters degree in Accounting Information Systems from the University of South Florida. Yaser started his career working for a CPA firm based out of Florida, providing audit and other assurance services. Since 2008 Yaser relocated to the United Arab Emirates where he has worked with both Deloitte and KPMG, providing Financial Advisory Services for Mergers and Acquisitions projects. During this stint Yaser has worked on multiple buy-side, sell-side, restructuring and IPO assignments for deals ranging in value from $50 Million to $3 Billion in size.
Dimitrios Christodoulakis
Vice President/Project Director
Dimitrios is a Civil Engineer with an MBA, who has a variety of experience in the construction, engineering and resource industry with over 20 years of planning, construction, engineering and project management experience in residential, commercial projects including multilevel construction projects, bridge maintenance & repair, military contracts, experience in the resource sector including rail, oil and gas, coal, gold and iron ore. He has a strong planning and forensic delay background and has been involved with claims analysis projects involving the World Trade Centre: Building 7, Millikin Carpet Factory, Sidney Lanier Bridge, also including projects such as theme parks, hotels, schools, roadways, waste water treatment plants and other commercial projects. Dimitrios identifies delay and disruption to construction contracts on projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial infrastructure and within the resource sector.
